We are the citizens of Russia and we gathered together to oppose Vladimir Putin, the President of the Russian Federation. For more than 20 years we have been living in a situation of irremovability of power. Russia today is an informational autocracy, where all state power is concentrated in the hands of one person and his closest associates. To maintain power, Putin introduced total censorship and repression. After the invasion of Ukraine, repressions in Russia intensified, and any disagreement with the policy of the state, and criticism of Putin’s presidency is now subject to military censorship.
Vladimir Putin is the bloody dictator of our time. He started with the murder of opposition journalists and politicians and continues with the murder of the Ukrainian people. All these murders have one goal – to rule Russia for as long as possible.
The modern civilized world should not indifferently watch the bloody deeds of the dictator. We call on the world community to resist Putin. We demand that the heads and governments of states fulfill their obligations to the International Criminal Court (ICC) and arrest Vladimir Putin, if they are given such an opportunity. We also demand a fair trial of V. Putin for his war crimes and repressions in Russia.
On August 20, 2023, we will march down Michigan Avenue in Chicago to state our position: Putin is a killer! Putin to The Hague! No to Putin!
August 20 was not chosen by chance: this day three years ago Alexei Navalny was poisoned. The whole world watched how cruelly Putin cracked down on dissenters.
Here are some of the crimes of Vladimir Putin:
The death of the crew of the nuclear submarine “Kursk”.
Terrorist act in Beslan.
War in Georgia.
annexation of Crimea.
Poisoning and murder of opposition journalists and politicians.
War in Donbas.
Russian invasion of Ukraine.
Repression against dissenting citizens of the Russian Federation.
Deportation of Ukrainian children to Russia.
The threat of nuclear war.

Мы – граждане России – выступаем против президента РФ В.Путина. Уже больше 20 лет мы существуем в ситуации несменяемости власти. Россия сегодня – это информационная автократия, где вся государственная власть сосредоточена в руках одного человека и его ближайшего окружения. Для удержания власти Путин ввел тотальную цензуру и репрессии. После вторжения на территорию Украины репрессии в России усилились, любое несогласие с политикой государства, критика президентства В.Путина теперь подпадает под военную цензуру.
Владимир Путин – кровавый диктатор современности. Он начал с убийства оппозиционных журналистов и политиков и продолжает убийством украинского народа. Все эти убийства ради одной цели – править Россией как можно дольше.
Современный цивилизованный мир не должен безучастно наблюдать за кровавыми деяниями диктатора. Мы призываем мировое сообщество противостоять В.Путину. Мы требуем, чтобы главы и правительства государств исполнили свои обязательства перед Международным уголовным судом (МУС) и произвели арест В.Путина, если им предоставится такая возможность. Мы также требуем справедливого суда над В.Путиным за его военные преступления и репрессии в России.
20 августа 2023 года мы пройдем маршем по Мичиган авеню г.Чикаго, чтобы высказать свою позицию: «Putin is a killer! Putin to The Hague! No to Putin!».
Мы выбрали 20 августа не случайно: именно в этот день три года назад произошло отравление Алексея Навального и весь мир наблюдал, как жестоко В.Путин расправляется с несогласными.
Ниже перечислены лишь некоторые преступления В.Путина:
Гибель экипажа АПЛ «Курск».
Террористический акт в Беслане.
Война в Грузии.
Аннексия Крыма.
Отравления и убийства оппозиционных журналистов и политиков.
Война в Донбассе.
Вторжение России в Украину.
Репрессии в отношении несогласных граждан РФ.
Депортация украинских детей в Россию.
Угроза ядерной войны.
